The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how the products and other U.S. online interfaces and properties (e.g., websites, services, features, content or applications) operated under the names, marks or logos “Tailstrike”, “Tailstrike.io”, "Tailstrike.net", (collectively, “Tailstrike”), including, without limitation, the www.tailstrike.net website (together with any subdomains, applications, mobile applications, online interfaces, properties, content, and/or other products or services offered by the Company (as defined herein) under the Tailstrike name, the “Site”) collects, uses and shares information about you through the Site. Tailstrike and the Site are products and services owned, offered and/or controlled by Drop Economics, LLC, a Michigan company (the “Company,” “us,” “we” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect at and through the Site. The Company collects information in connection with the services provided by the Site. Information We Collect and Why We Collect It
No Information From Children Under Age 13
We do not knowingly solicit or collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not register or provide any personal information to us. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we might have information from a child under 13, please contact us.
Why We Collect Information
To use the Site, you must register for an account. During registration, you may provide certain data required for account creation and use of the service. You may also register through a third-party platform such as VATSIM (each a “Required Platform”). We collect only the data necessary to authenticate your registration and enable you to use the Site securely in accordance with our terms of service.

Cookies
When you visit our Site we send one or more “cookies” to your computer or device. A cookie is a small file containing a string of characters that allows our Site to recognize your browser on subsequent visits. Pixel Tags

We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Deletion requests are subject to legal and operational limits (e.g., compliance, fraud prevention, backups).
You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in those emails and opt out of newsletters in the same way. You can also close your account from the “My Profile” tab in Account Settings.
You can revoke our access to your Google data via Google’s security settings at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
We may retain a copy of certain information for archival purposes and to prevent identity theft or fraud.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of your Personal Information infringes applicable law.
Security of Your Information
We use industry‑standard physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your Personal Information. However, no online system is 100% secure. Please protect your login information. Emails and other communications sent through the Site are not encrypted; avoid sending confidential information via these channels.

Not all sharing is covered by the law; only covered sharing will be included in our response.
International Privacy Practices
The Site is operated on servers located within the United States. If you use the Site from outside the United States, your data may be collected in your country and transferred to the United States or another country where our servers are located.
If you are a resident of the EU, we process Personal Information in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Company is the “data controller” for information submitted via the Site.
